Leonard Okhani

I am a Data Analyst with a background in Engineering and Education, focused on using data to improve decision-making and performance.

I completed the LSE Data Analytics Career Accelerator, where I worked on real-world projects involving data cleaning, modelling, and visualisation — including an employer-sponsored project analysing macroeconomic influences on stock performance.

In my current role, I work with assessment and literacy data (NGRT and Lexia), supporting intervention planning and progress tracking. This has strengthened my ability to translate raw data into actionable insights in real-world environments.

I focus on turning complex datasets into clear, practical insights that support better decisions — whether in education, business, or operational contexts.

I am particularly interested in roles in data analytics, business analytics, and consulting, where I can continue developing both technical capability and real-world impact.
